I rode up to the cascades foothills after a day of work. This view is taken from the South Fork area in Spada lake, about 10 miles of forest road into the wilderness, It was getting late in the day. I had the place to myself. The picture softness is intentional. I've applied an Orton effect to represent how I saw and experienced the moment.
