Shuksan is located in the North Cascades National Park at the edge of the Mount Baker Scenic Byway. Shuksan Arm is located in the Mount Baker National Forest. Okanagan National Forest in late November. The first snow storm of the season blankets the tall firs that dwell on each side of Washington Pass.
